The coordinator sees to organize operations related to your properties’ maintenance, will keep you well-informed through monthly reports and will ensure communication between you and your tenants, when applicable.
In the field, four property administrators, all certified real estate brokers, oversee the collection of rents and the rental process for vacant properties while also rigorously monitoring your properties and their occupants. They regularly report to the coordinator to make assessments of the various events regarding the properties.
TEAM OF CONSTRUCTION
Led by the coordinator, our team of construction workers takes care renovations, repairs and maintenance of any scale.
Regarding accounting, our technician oversees the preparation of rent collection, the registration of revenues and expenditures, the preparation of checks, the payment of bills and the production of financial statements.
TEAM OF RECEPTIONISTS
Our team of receptionists ensures you and your tenants a quick and courteous service during business hours. Outside office hours, a renowned call center takes over customer service.
Operations are overseen by our management team who also approves budgets, analyzes reports and rent increases and signs outgoing checks.
